About Christine N. Altrock, DDS
Dr. Altrock was raised in Southern California, enjoys the beach and running outdoors. She earned her undergraduate degree in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics at UCLA (GO BRUINS!). She worked in the biotechnology industry for a year before deciding to pursue an interest in public health and earning her Masters of Science in Epidemiology from the University of Washington. She made the cross country move to New York City for dental school and fell in love with the city and native New Yorker Dr. Fabb! After graduating from New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD), she completed a dental residency program at USC where she worked with veterans at the VA Hospital and medically compromised patients at Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center. Currently Dr Altrock is active in the California Dental Association as the chair of the Committee on Membership and delegate to the state House of Delegates. She is also a national delegate for the American Dental Association. This involvement is important to Dr Altrock to help advocate for improving patient care and help advance the profession as a whole.
