About Charles J. Perruzzi, DMD
I truly enjoy being a dentist and I love getting to know my patients personally and teaching them how to take great care of their teeth. I get to use my clinical skills to help them maintain their oral health to avoid discomfort. Dentistry is a fulfilling and wonderful profession, and I look forward to seeing patients every day. I obtained a B.A. in Biology from Rutgers University and I attained my DMD from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. I received a Certificate in General Practice Residency from Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where I was Chief Resident. As part of my continuing education, I am a Facilitator for the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine’s Dental Ethics program, and a Past instructor for the both Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg Hospital GPR Programs. I am an active member of the American Dental Association, NJ Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration and ITI International Team for Implantology. I am also a Fellow of the New York Academy of Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry. On the local level, I am involved with and attend monthly meetings of the Bergen County Dental Society, Ridgewood Rotary and The Ridgewood Valley Study Club.
