About Charles R. Carter, DDS
Dr. Charles R. Carter received his B.A. Degree in Biology in 1975 from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Following graduation, he attended the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree in 1980. His California Dental License was issued in July 1980 and Dr. Carter has been in private practice of General Dentistry since then. Dr. Carter served as President of the San Mateo Dental Society in 2000-2001. Dr. Carter is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Society (CDA), and the San Mateo County Dental Society (SMCDS).
