About Chantal T. Pham, MD
I graduated from the UC Davis with a BS degree in Biochemistry. I then received my Medical Degree from the UC San Francisco in 1991, where I also completed a Fellowship in clinical research and phototherapy. After completing my residency in New York at SUNY-Buffalo, I returned to the Bay Area to be closer to my family and for the nice California weather. I worked in an independent medical practice prior to joining the Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in 1998. I have served as a Dermatology Clinical Instructor for the Stanford University Dermatology Residency Program, and continue to enjoy teaching the medicine residents at Kaiser Permanente. I have authored several scientific publications in medical journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Archives of Dermatology. I strive to provide excellent medical care for every patient, and look forward to meeting you and helping you with dermatological concerns.
