About Carrie Ehinger, DDS
I am dedicated to providing comprehensive, high quality dental care individualized for each patient. I became a dentist to make a difference in peoples lives. Everyone deserves to be not only free from dental pain but to be proud of their smile. Dentistry has been a truly fulfilling profession for me because I am able to form long term relationships with amazing people, help calm those with dental anxiety, take away dental pain, create beautiful smiles and work with magnificent people. I earned my DDS at the University Of Michigan School Of Dentistry in 2011. I attended Ferris State University and obtained my associates in applied science, dental hygiene. I truly feel that being a dental hygienist before continuing on to dental school was a great path for me. I learned a lot about myself and the profession and it strengthened my love for dentistry. I am a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association and the Saginaw County Dental Society. I enjoy the challenges a comprehensive dental office provides and take continuing education classes to further enhance my knowledge and skills. In addition to general dental courses, I have completed certification for Clear Correct invisible braces in 2011, a Lumineer veneer course in 2012, an implant course with Zimmer in 2012, Level I Laser in 2014 and MTM clear braces in 2017 I was born and raised in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Although living in Ann Arbor during dental school was a wonderful experience, I always knew that I wanted a small town to practice in and to be close to home, my mother and sisters. I met Dr. Jeannine Hopfensperger a few months before graduation and instantly knew I wanted to work alongside her. Chesaning is a beautiful small town, close to my family, with an amazing dental office that I am so excited and privileged to call home! I am married to my fabulous husband, Ryan. We have a daughter, Isabella, and a yorkiepoo, Ella, that mean the world to us! We live in Chesaning and love the closeness this small town offers. We love to spend time with our family, playing at the park, walking downtown to get ice cream, bike riding, singing and dancing all over the house, and traveling!
