About Brian K. Sawchuk, DDS
Dr. Brian Sawchuk, a dentist at our practice in Madison, CT, graduated from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy and was appointed an officer in the United States Public Health Services in Fort Defiance, Arizona. After a tour of duty, he attended Georgetown University School of Dentistry and received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. He opened our dental office in Madison in 1984. Dr. Sawchuk has served as chairman of the board of directors of the Madison Health and Human Services Commission, and Senior Citizen Commission. He is a board member of Madison Ambulance Association, a member of the First Congregational Church, where he has taught Sunday School and sings in the choir. Dr. Sawchuk is also a member of the Clinton Lion's Club, Chamber of Commerce, Shoreline Dental Society, American Dental Society, River Valley Dental Study Club, Peer Review Committee, United States Public Health Service Inactive Reserve, National Eagle Scout Association and sings in several choral groups. Dr. Sawchuk and his wife, Susan, a retired Madison school teacher, have three children, Kira, Taryn, and Lindsay, as well as four wonderful grandchildren and hopefully more to come.
