About Betty Leary, DMD
Dr. Betty Leary is a graduate of Assumption College with a B.S. in biology. She then obtained her D.M.D. degree from the nationally acclaimed dental program at Temple University in 1994. Dr. Leary completed her post-doctoral training at the New York Weill Cornell Medical Center, gaining advanced training and education in dental implantology, cosmetics, and reconstructive dentistry. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Seattle Study Club. Dr. Leary attends numerous hours of continuing education courses each year in order to ensure her skills and techniques remain on the cutting edge of dentistry. She is committed to helping each patient gain a healthier, esthetic smile in a gentle atmosphere. Dr. Leary is married and has three young boys. In her spare time, she is actively involved in the Irish-American Community Center, New Haven Gaelic Football Club and Yale Youth Hockey. Upon graduating from Assumption College, I earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the nationally acclaimed Temple University School of Dentistry and completed a General Dental Residency at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. I am an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Connecticut State Dental Association. I have been in practice for over 20 years .I actively participate in numerous hours of continuing education courses each year to stay current with new procedures and technology.
