About Augusto A. Conte, DDS
Dr. A. Alessio Conte has devoted his professional career to all aspects of general dentistry with special interests in implants, cosmetic dentistry, and smile makeovers that leaves patients with gorgeous smiles and new confidence. He is a Fellow of the International College of Implantology, a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Born and raised in Panama, Dr. A. Alessio Conte earned a doctorate in dentistry from the University of Coahuila in Mexico. In 1987 he moved to Florida, where he began furthering his studies before opening his own dental practice in Brandon, Florida, in 1992. He attended the University of Florida Comprehensive Dentistry program from 1994-1996. As he enjoys dentistry, he has continued to pursue further education with continued post-graduate dental education at the Dawson Academy for Occlusion, TMJ, and Smile Design; implant seminars with Dr. Arun Garg to become a proficient dental implantologist; and the Pikos Institute for Advanced Bone and Soft Tissue Grafting for Dental Implants. Dr. Conte also participates in many dental service charitable organizations, such as the Brandon Outreach Clinic and Metropolitan Ministries, and has volunteered as a dentist on several different mission trips to foreign countries throughout the years. Dr. Conte’s hobbies include music, art, triathlons, restoring antique autos and spending quality time with his wife of 30 years, Anne, and their two adult children, Ben and Annalise.
