About Apexa Mehta, DMD
Dr. Apexa Mehta comes with an extensive background in field of Dentistry. She completed her Dental School in 2012 from Mumbai, India and practiced General Dentistry before pursuing advanced education in United States of America. She graduated with Masters in Dental Public Health in 2016, and achieved her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) in May 2019 from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She finessed her clinical skills while serving the Community Oriented Dental Education program at the University Dental Center, Somerdale from 2018-2019. Dr. Apexa's mission is to help her patients achieve healthy mouth and beautiful smiles. She is a strong advocate of conservative and evidence-based dentistry. Over the years she has honed several aspects of general dentistry and is proficient in delivering high quality comprehensive care. She is dedicated to constant learning and enhancement of her skills through continuing education courses. She is also is an active member with the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania State Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. Outside the office, Dr. Apexa enjoys traveling, exploring, watching movies and spending time with her friends and family especially her adorable nephews.
