About Anthony Besse, DDS
Dr. Tony Besse grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and is now happy to call Chicago home. Dr. Besse received both his Bachelor and Master of Public Health degrees from Saint Louis University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Following his dental school training, Dr. Besse pursued a year of advanced training in general dentistry completing a general practice residency program at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center here in Chicago. Dr. Besse was involved as a national leader of the American Student Dental Association while in dental school and is currently an active member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Besse enjoys helping his patients achieve a healthy, shining smile they can be proud of. He believes a visit to the dentist can be both fun and educational. His passion for dentistry includes esthetic dentistry, utilizing his public health background for effective prevention strategies, evidence-based practices, and staying up-to-date with current dental techniques and technologies. Dr. Besse prefers to get to know his patients and tailor an appropriate treatment plan to meet their needs and desires while making their dental experience as comfortable and as easy as possible. Outside of the office, Dr. Besse likes to stay active, travel, and explore the many amazing restaurants and rooftops around Chicago. He is also a proud new dog dad to his rescue Corgi-Beagle, Sammy.
