About Amy Horton, DDS
Dr. Amy Horton was born and raised in Richardson, Texas and attended Texas A&M University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry. After A&M, Dr. Horton attended the University of Texas at Houston Dental School and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Amy continues to enjoy learning and applying cutting-edge techniques and technologies of dentistry. With a focus on aesthetics, she has completed continuing education courses with the Hornbrook Group, The Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education and has been a member of the Dallas Study Club, all nationally recognized elite post-doctoral organizations. The information and education she receives from these meetings contributes to her to ability to provide the best quality care for all of her patients. She is Invisalign certified and currently a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and the Greater Dallas Dental Association. Dr. Horton is committed to providing comprehensive care for all of her patients. She enjoys developing relationships with her patients and taking care of each individual’s needs. Total satisfaction, comfort, and individual attention are all focuses of Dr. Horton. Dr. Horton and her husband, John, live in Lake Highlands with their two daughters and their Goldendoodle. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, biking, snow skiing and cooking for family and friends.
