About Amisha V. Patel, DMD
Dr. Patel is a California native; born in LA and raised in the Central Valley. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Biology from UCLA in 2002 before graduating from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2008. Wanting to gain additional experience in emerging technologies within the field, she completed the rigorous AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) program at the prestigious University of the Pacific in 2009. While there, she gained extensive experience with the restoration of Implants, General and Cosmetic Dentistry. After graduating, she began working in the East Bay as an associate and fell in love with the area. In early 2012, Dr. Patel began her practice in Fremont and in 2016 completely remodeled it to reflect her modern, wellness-based approach and passion for creating a concierge-like dental experience. Dr. Patel is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Southern Alameda Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry. She has also been actively involved with the nonprofit, Kerry's Kids, since 2012 as their volunteer dental provider at SAVE Shelter in Fremont. Dr. Patel enjoys getting involved in the community and sponsors various teams and events in Fremont throughout the year; her favorite being the oral health presentations she gives at local schools for Children's Dental Health Month.
