About Alice T. Lam, DDS
Dr. Alice Lam has resided in Houston, Texas since 1978. She became a dental student of the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. After graduation Dr. Lam worked as an associate where she was introduced to the world renowned dental education center, Pankey Institute, where she was given the tools to practice “comprehensive dentistry” which involves a holistic approach to the whole system of the mouth as well as behavioral understanding of people to help them achieve their goals for their health, whether it be esthetic, functional or both. It was then that she found her true passion in dentistry. In 2002; she opened her own practice where she could slow things down and give individualized attention to each patient. Over the years Dr. Alice Lam has taken that approach as well as many hours of continuing education to provide her patients with “Whole Health Dental Care”. She continually attends advanced postgraduate dental education and is active in multiple Study Clubs around the country to improve the quality of care she provides her patients. Dr. Lam and her husband Duy, have twins Bella and Xander born in 2007. During her free time, Dr. Lam enjoys cooking, traveling and just simply spending quality time with her family and friends.
