About Alexander J. Pilavsky, DDS
Dr. Alexander Pilavsky obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD). While completing his D.D.S., Dr. Pilavsky served in leadership roles in two NYUCD continuing education seminars, served as a teaching assistant for first-year dental students, and participated in NYUCD’s Dental Outreach Programs in Honduras and Nicaragua. He then completed his general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. He then joined the cosmetic dentist teams of two private practices serving Manhattan, where he continues to serve at present. Dr. Alexander Pilavsky is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and has received his fellowship from International Congress of Oral Implantology. He is certified by the North East Regional Board of Dental Examiners, Inc. He is an Invisalign® Preferred Provider and is proficient in laser dentistry (hard- and soft-tissue lasers). He is licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York. He is listed in the Consumer Research Council of America’s Guide to America’s Top Dentists.
