About Alex D. Devigal, DDS
I was raised in the S.F. bay area, graduated UC Berkeley and received my DDS from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago in 1994. Immediately after graduating, I worked as an associate of Dr. Paul Boudakian. After two years, I was fortunate enough to switch roles with my mentor. During the next three years, I learned Dr. Boudakian's ways of treating patients that makes them feel like close friends and family. I would treat patients as I would like to be treated; with honesty, dignity and respect. I also learned the importance of closely listening to each patient and customizing their treatment according to their wishes as well as needs. While ""traditional"" ways of patient relations are important to me, there is a place for ""modern"" technology in dentistry. I am committed to continually advancing my knowledge and technique through numerous educational classes. These classes have enabled me to use the state of the art technology and up to date techniques to provide exceptional health care and artistry in dentistry to all of my patients. My enthusiasm for dentistry remains motivated by a genuine concern for my patients and the desire to help them maintain, restore and create a beautiful smile. In my spare time, I enjoy working on minor construction projects around the house, following local sports teams and spending time with my wonderful family. When my wife Joy is not working as my receptionist, she is usually working on some craft project. My son Tyler has been playing cello for 10 years and is currently with the San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra. My daughter Kailie is full of positive energy and is currently enjoying first grade
