About Agnes P. Green, MD
Dr. Agnes P. Green, is a board certified physician. Dr. Green received her Medical Degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham and completed her residency in anesthesiology at the prestigious University of Alabama Medical Center. She was a private practice Anesthesiologist for 20 years when she decided she wanted to practice medicine the way she lived life. It was a career-changing decision. She furthered her medical education, going on to receive extensive, specialized training in the United States and Canada in Medical Weight Management, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement, HCG Rapid Weight Loss, Hormone Pellet therapy, anti-aging medicine and aesthetics. Dr. Green is also a Civil Surgeon authorized by the Department Of Homeland Security to perform immigration medical examinations. She is on the faculty of AAEG (Advanced Aesthetic Education Group), an international organization which trains physicians in the latest and most innovative aesthetic medicine techniques. She served as a physician for the 1998 Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia and was the lead physician of the ACC (Atlantic Coast conference) Women’s Basketball Tournament for several years. She has served our community as a coach for Special Olympics and supports Rails to Trails and the Sierra Club. In addition to her medical career, Dr. Green is an avid cyclist, a triathlete and a USA and World ranked masters track and field athlete in shot put, discus, hammer, javelin and ultra weight pentathlon. She recently completed her 12th year working for the NCAA/ESPN as the public address announcer for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four.
