About Aegean Chan
Dr. Chan is double-board certified in dermatology and dermatopathology. She is originally from Thousand Oaks, CA. She graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a B.S. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. She then went on to medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, where she graduated in the top 5% of her class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She completed her internal medicine training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City then returned to Montefiore Medical Center – Albert Einstein College of Medicine to complete a residency in dermatology. She served as the Chief Resident during her final year. Dr. Chan then completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at Montefiore Medical Center- Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Dermpath Diagnostics in New York.
