About Zachary A. Smith, DDS
Dr. Zachary Smith grew up in a small town in East Texas. After high school Dr. Smith accepted a scholarship to attend Texas A&M University in College Station where he excelled in college and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Biomedical Science in 2008. Dr. Smith was then accepted to the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry and went on to graduate near the top of his class with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2012. Dr. Smith is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the San Antonio District Dental Society. He enjoys volunteering at various community organizations every chance he gets. Dr. Smith has demonstrated his commitment to professional excellence by attending continuing education courses in the areas of general dentistry, dental implants, oral sedation, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Smith is committed to providing gentle, quality dental care to his patients while integrating the latest technology and procedures. Dr. Smith is married to his best friend, Kelsey, and the two are parents to a beautiful baby girl, Caroline. In his free time, Dr. Smith enjoys watching Aggie football, traveling, playing fetch with his Labrador retriever named Norman, and spending time with family and friends. One of his favorite aspects of practicing dentistry is that he can serve and provide quality care leading to lasting relationships with his patients.
