About Zachary J. Holder, DDS
Dr. Zachary J. Holder attended the University of Texas at Dallas on a full academic scholarship, where he received his bachelor's degree in biology and business administration. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. After completion of dental school, he then received additional training by completing a hospital based general practice residency at the University of North Carolina Hospital. During his schooling, Dr. Holder received many honors and awards, and he is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society. Dr. Holder continues to advance his dental knowledge with numerous hours of continuing education, including a one-year orthodontic course, multiple implant courses, and additional areas including esthetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, anesthesiology/sedation, and hospital dentistry. Dr. Holder is also a certified Invisalign provider and holds a Level 2 Sedation Permit in the State of Texas. Throughout his career, Dr. Holder has been committed to giving back to his community and has volunteered his services to numerous organizations including Habitat for Humanity in Dallas and Houston, Medisend, and Peer Assistance Leadership, a child mentoring program. In his free time, Dr. Holder enjoys being with his family, traveling, exercising, reading, and participating in sports like baseball, football, basketball, golf, and snowboarding.
