About Tzvi Small, MD
Born in New York City, Dr. Tzvi Small grew up in Rockland County, New York and went on to graduate from the New York University School of Medicine. His general surgery residency was completed at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City where he went on serve as Chief Resident. Following his residency, Dr. Small was granted a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He was then invited to the prestigious University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, to participate in advanced microsurgical reconstruction of the breast, head and neck, and extremities. Dr. Small returned to New York and is now an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Small is proud to call Bergen County home, and has established himself as a leading plastic surgeon in the area. His leadership and accomplishments in the fields of plastic and reconstructive surgery are well known, and he receives many recommendations for his natural-looking results. Many of Dr. Small's colleagues and associates choose him for their plastic surgery needs. During his spare time, Dr. Small enjoys outdoor activities with his family and is an active marathon runner and hiker. Dr. Tzvi Small is an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He teaches the next generation of plastic surgeons the latest and safest techniques in the field of aesthetic surgery.
