About Theodore N. Constandelis, DDS
Dr. Constandelis was born and raised in Paterson, NJ. As a child, Dr. Constandelis had a rare disease called eosinophilic granuloma. As a result he spent a lot of time at the dentist and from thirteen years old on dreamed of becoming a dentist. He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1971. He then went on to attend Georgetown University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1976. Soon after graduating, his childhood dentist called upon him to join his practice in his hometown of Paterson, NJ. Dr. Constandelis soon thereafter purchased that practice in March of 1977 and has been in private practice for 35 years! In 1983 the practice was moved to its present location in Clifton, NJ. Dr. Constandelis is involved in many dental organizations, the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Passaic County Dental Society where he has served as a past president and continues to sit on the Board of Trustees. Dr. Constandelis is also very involved in his community. He was the past president of his church’s AHEPA (American Hellenic Educational and Progressive Association) chapter for threee years in a row and is a long standing member of the church choir group. In his spare time Dr. Constandelis enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, fishing and cruising in his antique cars. He is an active member of the GTO club of NJ, along with the Corvette club of NJ and can be seen cruising in his classic cars around town!Dr. Constandelis was born and raised in Paterson, NJ.
