About Sunny Chun, DO
Dr. Sunny Chun is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained pediatric dermatologist. She is dedicated to providing her patients with comprehensive skin care that includes medical, surgical, cosmetic and pediatric dermatology along with exceptional, personalized care. Dr. Chun is especially interested in the prevention and treatment of skin cancer, and the management of eczema, psoriasis, pigmentation disorders, hair loss, and benign/malignant skin lesions. As a mother of twins, Dr. Chun’s passion for her profession is only underscored by her keen insights and unique ability to communicate with both child and parent or guardian. From treating various birthmarks, pigmented and vascular lesions, hair/nail disorders, atopic dermatitis, diaper rashes, to acne, Dr. Chun is dedicated to bringing her patients the most advanced treatment and technology. Although prevention is key to maintaining a healthy, youthful appearance, Dr. Chun works closely with patients on early intervention and employs the latest advances in cosmetic technology and techniques to provide best-in-class, evidenced-based care. Through advocacy and education, Dr. Chun believes in empowering her patients in actively participating in their dermatological health and well-being. Dr. Chun has presented at several national dermatology conferences and is a member of numerous medical societies including the American Academy of Dermatology, Society of Pediatric Dermatology, American Society of Dermatological Surgery, and American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.
