About Steven Orten
Dr. Orten's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma. In 1992, Dr. Orten received his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, graduating number one in his class. Upon graduation, he completed a general surgery internship at Methodist Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and a fiveyear residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Arkansas. To further his expertise in facial plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Orten went on to complete a fellowship at the University of Minnesota in Facial Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, where he served as a fellow and an instructor. To remain current with the latest and most innovative techniques, Dr. Orten participates in continuing education courses, seminars, workshops and conferences.
