Dr. Fountain has been a member of this community for over 30 years. He earned an associates degree as a Radiologic Technologist at Chaffey Community College and worked his way through school at San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland. Dr. Fountain graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a major in Biology in 2000 and graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2004 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.
