About Stephen J. Kraus
Dr. Stephen Kraus grew up in Ohio and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. He then went on to medical school at Case Western Reserve Medical School before completing his internship at Bellevue Hospital-II Medical Division and his residency at Case Western Reserve University. He moved to the Atlanta area due to his military service, where he served with the US Public Health Service and the Centers for Disease Control for over 20 years. Dr. Kraus has now been a gracing our patients at Dermatology Associates of Atlanta with his experience and his knowledgeable care since 1990. To stay on the cutting edge of skin care while also educating newer physicians, Dr. Kraus is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, the American Society of Microbiology, and a number of other respected organizations.
