About Stephen W. Hiatt, DDS
Dr. Hiatt received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He continued at University of Missouri and attended Dental School. In order to further his education and training in oral surgery he attended the Oral Maxillo-Facial Surgery Residency Program at Barnes Jewish Hospital through Washington University. Dr. Hiatt became the chief resident at Barnes Hospital in 1983. Dr. Hiatt began practicing oral surgery at University Oral Maxillo-Facial Surgeons where he was an assistant professor in oral maxillo-facial surgery. In July of 1989 he began practicing at Northwest Oral Surgeons.
