About Shayan M. Bayat, DDS
Dr. Bayat completed his undergraduate studies at University of California, Davis, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. Dr. Bayat then attended Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with the highest honors. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Bayat moved to Tucson, Arizona where he completed his post-doctoral residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at an Indian Health Services clinic. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Bayat moved back to the Bay Area, where he considers home, to practice dentistry. Dr. Bayat is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society. He’s also a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Contra Costa College Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry. On his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also likes working out, hiking, photography, reading and being outdoors.
