About Shawn X. Bui, DDS
Shawn X. Bui, D.D.S. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree with Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas, he earned his doctorate degree from one of the nation’s top dental school, the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with many distinguished scholarships, honors, and awards. During his training at the dental school, Dr. Bui was invited to mentor and tutor many fellow underclassmen with his fine clinical skills. Dr. Bui continuously strives to provide his patients with the highest standard of care. He believes in staying on the cutting edge of the latest dental technologies and techniques through the extensive dental training. Dr. Bui has taken advanced training courses in esthetic dentistry, dental implant surgeries and restorations, and orthodontics. He also maintains memberships with numerous organizations and societies. Dr. Bui has also participated in humanitarian projects that serve underprivileged people of the world. While in dental school, he helped organized and setup a successful dental mission to Vietnam with a group of professor and senior dental students. He also participated with Remote Area Medical (RAMUSA.org) on mission to provide free dental care to the underserved and underprivileged people of the Appalachian Mountain. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Bui enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He is also a member of a local church’s choir and enjoys music and singing.
