About Shaun D. Mendenhall, MD
Dr. Mendenhall focuses on comprehensive hand and wrist surgery after trauma, congenital differences, tumors, or degenerative processes such as arthritis. He also does peripheral nerve surgery on the upper and lower extremities including the brachial plexus. He performs reconstructive microsurgery for upper or lower extremities including free tissue transfer, free functional muscle transfers, and vascularized bone transfers. Dr. Mendenhall also has a special interest in helping patients gain better upper extremity and hand function after spinal cord injuries, amputations, stokes and traumatic brain injuries.
