About Sara E. Curcio, DMD
Dr. Sara Curcio is a 2006 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. She went on to complete her residency training at Hartford Hospital. Dr. Curcio has always felt that the most important components of dental care are trust and respect, and she strives to achieve this kind of relationship with her patients to make them feel calm and comfortable at every visit. She has volunteered her time with Give Kids a Smile and at the annual CT Mission of Mercy. In addition, she has also provided elementary school classrooms around Connecticut with dental health education. Dr. Curcio is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, her local dental society, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. She is a member of Spear Education, participates regularly in continuing education courses and is committed to life-long learning. Dr. Curcio was voted by her peers as one of Connecticut’s Top Dentists in 2013. She resides in Hebron with her husband Matt and their two daughters, Emilia and Molly. During her free time, she plays volleyball and softball. She also enjoys painting and traveling.
