About Sam M. Ciccarelli, DDS
Dr.Ciccarelli grew up on the Northwest side of Chicago and went to St. Patrick H.S. and Lewis University where he earned a B.A. in Biology. In 1976 he received his D.D.S. from Loyola University School of Dentistry. He has been active in organized dentistry and belongs to the ADA, Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Ciccarelli holds fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry Internationale, and the International College of Dentists. He taught at Loyola U. Dental School where he was an Associate Professor of Operative Dentistry and was also Full Attending Staff at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital. Dr. Ciccarelli has been in the practice of General Dentistry in Chicago since 1976. he and his wife Peg have five married children and reside in Lake Forest. He is active in his church, community, and actively volunteers in local charities. In his spare time, he works out, loves to play golf and spend time with his grandchildren.
