About Sai L. Peramala, DDS
Dr. Peramala is a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry. Her treatment philosophy places utmost significance on preventive care and maintenance of good oral health through patient education. She believes that a healthy mouth leads to a healthy lifestyle and high self-esteem. She has a passion for restoring and maintaining the oral health of her patients with great function and esthetics. Dr. Peramala places special importance in caring for pediatric patients, making sure that they have a positive and rewarding experience ensuring a lifetime of dental health and no fear of the dentist. While studying at NYU, Dr. Peramala was a member of the NYU College of Dentistry’s Program for Survivors of Torture. This program provides comprehensive dental care for patients from all over the world who experienced trauma and torture at the hands of their governments and who sought asylum in the US. These patients require skilled, specialized care, and Dr. Peramala is proud to have been part of this organization. Dr. Peramala has completed several hours of continuing education in an attempt to stay current in her knowledge and technique which helps her provide the best care for her patients. She recently completed a Mini-Residency Program in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry to ensure she is providing the best care for her pediatric patients. In her spare time, Dr. Peramala enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading and traveling.
