About Ronald Leyder, DDS
Dr. Ronald Leyder Jr was born and raised in Newaygo, MI. He grew up in a dental family with his father being a dentist and his mother being a dental lab technician. They have been serving patients in Newaygo, MI for over 30 years. Dr. Leyder attended Albion College for his undergraduate education where he met his wife, Lynn, serving together in campus ministry. His dental education was achieved at the University of Michigan. During his dental education he became very passionate about the artistry involved in providing comprehensive dental care and was awarded the Francis B. Vedder Society Award in Fixed Dentistry. Dr. Leyder lives in Norton Shores with his wife, Dr. Lynn Skipper Leyder, and their hunting dog Cooper. Lynn is a local chiropractor. Dr. Ron Leyder and his wife Lynn enjoy being back home in West Michigan serving Norton Shores and the surrounding area. Since returning to West Michigan they have attended Forest Park Covenant Church, the church Lynn grew up in. Lynn is a Mona Shores alumnus from a large extended family immersed in local heritage. They both love the outdoors, and you will likely hear them talking about cycling, yoga, or camping adventures they have shared together. Dr. Leyder has been in private practice locally and practicing as a staff dentist at Hackley Community Care (HCC), a non-profit health care facility. In addition to providing quality care for the residents of Muskegon, Dr. Leyder has enjoyed working with and teaching the University of Michigan's current dental students participating in their dental outreach rotation program at HCC. Dr. Leyder looks forward to personally meeting you and getting to know your family.
