About Roger L. Robbins, DDS
Dr. Robbins has been practicing dentistry since 1978 at the Old Orchard Professional Building. He grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Utah in 1974. While in school there, he played 4 years of college football starting as a wide receiver for 3 out of his 4 years there. He was admitted to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1974 and graduated in 1978. It was there that he met his wife Susan who is also a practicing dentist in Glenview. They have 3 sons. Dr. Robbins has served as the dentist for the Northwestern University Athletic Department since 2004 and enjoys his involvement with the fine athletes and staff at Northwestern. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. He has been an active member in the PDL Study Club for the past 15 years. This is a group of specialists and general dentists who meet regularly for continuing education, treatment planning and discussions of current topics. Speakers are brought in from around the world for presentations.
