About Roger J. Phanord, DMD
Dr. Phanord has lived in the tri-county area since 1974. As a child, he attended Brownsville Elementary School and Miami Killian Sr. High School. He studied at Miami Dade Community College and Florida International University for his undergraduate degree. He graduated from University of Florida School of Dentistry in 1987. Dr. Phanord has been a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Florida dental Association (FDA) and Dade County Dental Society. He has been practicing general/family dentistry, implant and cosmetic dentistry in this community since graduating dental school 1987. He opened the North Miami office (Phanord & Associates, PA) in 1988 and followed with the Little Haiti office (Sabal Palm Dental Associates, PA) in 1990. For many years, Dr. Phanord opened his doors for new dentists as place to learn and train before venturing out on their own. Following his belief of giving back to the community, Dr. Phanord has provided dentistry to the under privileged in the community as well as participated in dental mission trips to impoverished countries.
