About Rodrigo J. Cabrera, DDS
Dr. Rodrigo Cabrera grew up in southeast Houston. After completing his education, he knew he wanted to come back and open his office in the area of Texas he called home for so many years. He has always believed that a healthy lifestyle begins with healthy teeth. Dr. Cabrera obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas and his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Cabrera makes sure that his patients have access to the best materials and procedures. He actively pursues continuing education courses, which have allowed Dr. Cabrera to expand his practice to other areas of dentistry, such as sleep apnea treatments, pain management, no-preparation veneers, and other new procedures. He is also ClearCorrect certified, helping patients to achieve straightened smiles with nearly invisible aligners in as little as 8 months! Dr. Cabrera replaces missing teeth with the use of dental implants. Dental implant technology has advanced tremendously in the past decade, and Dr. Cabrera has been continually educated and practices at the forefront of this area of dentistry. His patients love his gentle care and his calm demeanor. He also offers oral conscious sedation to patients who may be apprehensive about dental treatment. When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Cabrera takes part in helping the community. He participates in health fairs as well as in dentistry programs in under-served communities. Dr. Cabrera is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Association, and Greater Houston Hispanic Dental Association.
