About Rebecca Boardman, DDS
Rebecca got her bachelors degree in Fine Art from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1986 and began designing, fabricating and selling jewelry to boutiques and museums internationally. After a UOP bumper sticker reminded her of her childhood dream of being a dentist, she switched gears, went back to school, and in 1997 received her dental degree from the University of California, San Francisco. After another three years of specialty-training in prosthodontics at UCSF, Rebecca was ready to start making jewelry for people’s mouths. Dr. Boardman is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the San Francisco Dental Society, the Pacific Coast Society for Prosthodontics, and the American College of Prosthodontists. She regularly attends continuing dental education courses and is a clinical faculty member at the UCSF School of Dentistry.
