About Raul Castellanos, DDS
Dr. Raul Castellanos has offered comprehensive dentistry in a family-oriented atmosphere since 1978. His extensive repertoire of treatments includes pedodontics (children’s dentistry), orthodontics, periodontics (gum treatment), endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (fitting with prosthetic devices such as dentures), oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative dentistry, including full mouth restoration. Dr. Castellanos earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UCLA Dental School in 1978. Since that time, he has completed more than 650 hours of continuing education to keep current on developments in his field and is a self-described “continuing education junkie.” Following graduation, Dr. Castellanos began his dental career working as a staff dentist for two years. He then worked for the Community Health Foundation for another three years before going into private practice in 1983. Currently, Dr. Raul Castellanos serves Los Angeles area patients from his Pico Rivera office.
