About Rahim Nazerali
Dr. Nazerali is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford Heathcare. He has received his fellowship training at Stanford Hospital in microsurgery and complex reconstruction. He specializes in microsurgical techniques of tissue transfer bring the most advanced techniques to help patients in their care. Prior to his time at Stanford, Dr. Nazerali trained at the University of California, Davis medical center in a combined residency in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. While there, Dr. Nazerali received extensive experience in both cosmetic and post-trauma reconstruction. These fundamentals, in combination with his fellowship training in post-cancer reconstruction has allowed Dr. Nazerali to work on some of the most complex reconstructions that plastic surgeons face. He has extensive knowledge in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery including face and body rejuvenation, breast augmentation and reconstruction, abdominal wall reconstruction for hernia defects, body contouring, complex wound management and tissue transfer. The results delivered to his clients incorporate his diverse training background in addition to utilization of the latest technology.
