About Rafik Sarkissian
Dr. Sarkissian is a plastic surgeon in Burbank, California. He started his practice 36 years ago in 1981 on Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, California, 90210. To help save his clients money, he purchased his own surgical center. He is now able to perform surgeries his surgical center, without charging an operating room fee.
