About Rafael Chuapoco, DMD
Dr. Rafael Chuapoco graduated from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines in 1986 and has been practicing since 1989. Dr. Chuapoco also attended the Advanced Restorative Program at the renowned Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education (FACE) in 1999. FACE is the world’s leading teaching facility on state of the art restorative dentistry. He also graduated from the Comprehensive Esthetic Residency, Advanced Fixed Prosthodontics Residency, and the Implants and Complex Prosthodontics Residency programs in 2008 under the training of Bruce J. Crispin DDS, the founder of the Esthetic Professionals Dental Education Center.
