About Phyllis M. Ishida, DDS
Dr. Ishida has been practicing general dentistry in the Silicon Valley for over 30 years. She is a graduate of the University of California at San Francisco School of Dentistry where she is a Willard C. Fleming Scholar. She is a member of several professional associations including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Santa Clara County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, International Team for Implants, and International Academy of Dental Research. Dr. Ishida is a member of local service and community organizations. She has been an active volunteer with Quota International, West Valley Community Services, and CDA Cares. Dr. Ishida has earned several awards such as the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow award, City of Cupertino STAR award, and Cupertino Chamber of Commerce Crest award; for all her hard work helping others. Dr. Ishida enjoys serving her community and works hard to make sure her patients are comfortable.
