About Peter H. Wendschuh, MD
Peter H. Wendschuh, PhD, MD is a board certified dermatologist. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in chemistry. Engineering trained him to solve problems in an efficient and pragmatic fashion and his PhD in chemistry sets him apart from other doctors by allowing him to understanding and use the latest research in the field. Dr. Wendshuh received his MD from the University of Miami, graduating from the unique PhD to MD Programs in two years. He did his dermatology training at the renowned department of Dermatology at the University of Miami. He is a voluntary Professor of Dermatology at UM where he has assisted in training new Dermatologists. He is the Dermatologist for all UM athletic teams. Twice in the past five years he has been selected as one of the Best Doctors in South Florida.
