About Paul H. Coleman, DMD
After earning his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree in 1978, Dr. Paul Coleman served as a dentist and Commissioned Lieutenant in the US Navy Dental Corp. At the conclusion of his military service, he settled in the San Diego area and started in private practice. Dr. Coleman has been practicing dentistry in the San Diego area since 1981. He combines comprehensive dentistry with advanced cosmetic dentistry procedures to create beautiful and healthy smiles for his patients. He also provides sedation dentistry and sleep apnea treatment. He operates on the philosophy of exceeding patients’ expectations and giving them the best care available. Thus he keeps up with the latest developments in advanced dental technologies through extensive continuing education. He has completed advanced cosmetic and restorative training at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). He has additionally earned credentials in sedation dentistry, comprehensive sleep apnea treatment, TMJ/TMD treatment and non-surgical laser treatment for gum disease. Dr. Coleman is committed to giving back to the community and is very active in community charities and philanthropic groups. He has received numerous humanitarian awards for his volunteer activities.
