About Pamela P. Clarkson, DDS
Dr. Clarkson is pleased to be back in Ann Arbor where she has strong ties to the community. She graduated dental school from the University of Michigan and her husband, Jim, has practiced veterinary medicine for 25 years at Westarbor Animal Hospital where he specializes in dentistry. They have 2 grown sons who call their parents 'dental geeks'. When not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her 2 grandsons, traveling and refinishing and upholstering furniture. Dr Clarkson has received extensive training in TMJ disorders and complex cases. She enjoys working with all age groups and believes that being 'the patient' is not easy and understanding each individual and their needs and concerns is paramount. She finds it gratifying the she can impact lives and improve overall health. Her experience includes root canals, extractions, dentures, and partials including implant retained dentures and partials. She does the majority of the lab work on dentures including setting teeth to attain the optimum esthetics and function.
