About Michelle Kitzrow, DDS
I became a dentist because I believe that a smile not only makes you a happy person, but it makes those around you happy as well. I believe in the golden rule: do unto others as you would want to be done onto yourself. This extends to everything I do as a dentist. I am passionate about patient education. I want my patients to make the best treatment decisions, and I love to educate them on their mouth, oral health, and how one’s mouth is connected to the entire body. I love my dental family, which not only includes my patients, but my team as well. I care about their well-being and overall happiness in life. I firmly believe that I could not do my job without my team. A dentist is just that: a dentist. Each one of my team members takes ownership and pride in their work. They enjoy learning and staying current on dentistry. They also enjoy building a relationship with the patients and caring for them as if they were family. I am fervent about staying up to date on current dental treatments, theories, and recommendations. I enjoy continuing education and believe you are never too old to learn something new. I have taken continuing education in many areas, including implant placement and restoration, sleep apnea, cosmetics, periodontics, endodontics, and CAD/CAM dentistry. I am originally from Rockford, Michigan, and currently reside in Grand Rapids. My husband Paul and I have an adorable little toy Schnauzer named Mac. When I am not working, I am most likely relaxing on the shores of Lake Michigan, and reading a book. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
