About Michael A. Maude, DDS

Dr. Maude isn’t just your dentist….he’s your friend, neighbor and guy next door. He remembers what’s going on in your life and often follows up appointment visits with a phone call, just to see how you’re doing. He won’t ever diagnose something you don’t need and will always be honest about your treatment. An avid gardener, Dr. Maude regularly brings in seasonal fresh fruit from his garden and can talk to you for hours about how to graft a fruit tree. Dr. Maude lives his life with honesty, integrity and commitment, and practices dentistry with those same values. Dr. Maude has been practicing privately for 19 years, and loves his craft. He views dentistry as an art form and takes great pride in his work. Dr. Maude’s reputation is stellar because he has impeccable attention to detail and performs only top-of-line work. He is the “nervous patient whisperer” – he can calm even the most anxious of patients with his expertise and demeanor. Dr. Maude earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1998 from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, a prestigious private dental school in Loma Linda, California. Graduating amongst the top in his class, Dr. Michael Maude acquired his own private practice right away. He began practicing in La Mesa, California and served patients out of that office until he relocated in 2011 to a new building in El Cajon. In 2005, Dr. Maude opened a second practice in Rancho Penasquitos. Dr. Maude is an active participant in his local community and proudly sponsors supplies for many elementary school fundraisers. He also sponsors his local soccer club association (SDSC) and coaches his daughter’s team. Patients frequently bump into him at the soccer field or out and about in the community with his wife and four children.
