About Mark W. Jacob, DDS
Dr. Mark Jacob graduated from Loyola University of Chicago and later received his doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Illinois School Of Dentistry in 1984. He then continued his cosmetic dental training and became a full mouth graduate at the prestigious Illinois Institute, Arrowhead international and Occlusion Connections. His comprehensive training in advanced neuromuscular dentistry makes him part of elite group of dentists. His understanding of occlusion in relation to cosmetic dental procedures make his training especially unique. Dr. Jacob is a member of the Chicago Dental Society , Illinois State Dental Society and the American Dental Association. Dr. Jacob is the past President of the North Suburban Branch of the Chicago Dental Society, and has served as a Delegate to the Illinois State Dental Society. He is the past President of the Independent Dental Organization and has served on various committees for the dental society. Currently he is a member of Seattle Dental Study Club. Dr. Jacob and his wife live locally, with their two children aged 14 and 20. Dr. Jacob is an avid biker, golfer and a continuous student. Our patients range from 2 to 95 years old. We welcome new patients, and their friends.
