About Mario K. Garcia, DDS
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Dr. Garcia, as a child, in the mid ’70, moved to the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo) with his family, and resided for the next fifteen years. Dr. Garcia graduated from Loyola High school, and subsequently registered at the Dental College of the National University Pedro Henriquez Ureña, where he completed his Doctorate thereby obtaining his Dental Degree in 1988. With his goal to obtain a Florida licensure, he and his young wife, Jacqueline Alvarez moved to Miami, where they currently reside. Generally speaking, Dr. Garcia focuses his professional practice on cosmetic and implant dentistry. He has acquired countless accreditations over and above his doctorate in cosmetic surgery (bonding, resins, and veneers), endodontics (root canals), periodontics (gum treatment), as well as surgical and implant dentistry. Committed to providing his patients the most up-to-date treatment options, Dr. Garcia continues expanding his knowledge in the field of dentistry. Bar the countless success stories the practice has enjoyed, Dr Garcia received a fellowship for the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2007 in lieu of his continued dedication to the field of dentistry. Always in search of latest trends, 2008 saw Dr Garcia participating in the ‘Masters Series’ offered exclusively through renowned dental organization, Implant Seminars.
