About Kim G. Roberts, DDS
Dr. Kim Roberts was raised in Seattle, Washington. After graduating from high school, he moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University, where he received his BS degree in biology in 1978. He took a break from his undergraduate studies to serve a church mission in Texas. Upon graduating from dental school in 1984 from the University of Washington in Seattle, Dr. Roberts was appointed a Dental Officer in the Reserve Corps of the United States Public Health Service. He was stationed in New Mexico for two years working with the Navajo people. In 1986, Dr. Roberts relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah, and since that time has practiced in various areas throughout the valley. Since 1995, Dr. Roberts has practiced general dentistry in the Holladay, Utah, area. He strives to provide the best care possible to improve the lives of our patients. Dr. Roberts takes pride in working with a highly experienced, skilled, and caring staff. They provide a full range of dental services including cosmetic dentistry, implant surgery and restoration, dentures, crown and bridge, periodontal treatment, soft tissue laser treatment, root canals, and children’s dentistry. Because of the need to remain current on new advancements in dentistry, Dr. Roberts regularly attends continuing education and has received additional training in areas such as laser surgery, implants, oral surgery, periodontics (gum treatments), endodontics (root canals), and occlusion. He is a member of the American Dental Association and has participated in presentations to schools on smokeless tobacco. Dr. Roberts has also had the opportunity to participate in humanitarian dental projects locally, including volunteering at community dental clinics, and most recently in Honduras. Dr. Roberts resides in the Salt Lake Valley with his wife; they have three children and one granddaughter. When he isn’t working to improve your smile, he enjoys mountain biking, running, music, gardening, and reading.
